How we deliver our projects

We provide you with an outline of our process for how we deliver our projects through enquiry, design development and costing phases and the actual delivery. However, all of our clients are different as are their project requirements so adding flexibility to the expertise and experience leaves SEC Interiors perfectly positioned to service any single or multi environment project on our clients’ behalf.

  • Consultation

    Work with you to produce a project brief that outlines all desirables, workable layouts with appropriate product applications and technical specifications

    We will advise/suggest solutions that will help maximise on whatever goals you wish to focus on for your new space

    Offer health and safety solutions that comply with new regulations and help to create a safe working environment

  • Design & Development

    Arrange a meeting with you to run through the brief and answer any additional questions you might have to ensure the final design is an accurate representation based on the brief

    Understand the style of working environment that you wish to create for your employees so that these factors can also be taken into account when space planning

    Carry out a detailed survey to understand any other additional requirements and produce an inventory of existing furniture and equipment

    We will produce 2D CAD designs (occasionally 3D) to showcase the final layout and design

  • Costings

    Costings will be presented to you with a break down of everything involved in the project

    We are able to work around specified budgets and suggest alternative options

  • Delivery

    We will keep you up to date from start to finish on the delivery process

    We will avoid any major disruptions to your current working environment

    You will be assigned a project manager who will also be your main point of contact

    You will be provided with a timeline of project start date to end date

    Project handover will be discussed once we have finalised and agreed on feedback

Air Business Ltd.

In order to prepare the facility for the bulk of the works, SEC made allowances for significant electrical installation throughout the offices and fulfilment warehouse. Various spaces were then created on the ground floor, including print and operations rooms, a large staff breakout space and an office administration area.

Our bespoke fit-out of the 2nd-floor office included the installation of glazed silicon jointed partitioning, which was used to create the senior management offices and meeting room space. A full furniture package was also agreed, with SEC planning the optimum layout of the floor to incorporate various workstations and storage systems.

Air Business Limited had simply outgrown the space they were in due to the rapid increase in both their business and customer base.  The move to The Beacon was a strategic business decision aimed at creating greater efficiencies, making their business more environmentally friendly and ultimately, improving their seamless customer experience by bringing everything under one roof.

There were lots of infrastructural elements that they had to add to the building structure, and they needed our designs to incorporate.
