Overview
When first approaching SEC Interiors, Phoenix already had an idea in mind of what they envisioned their new office space to look like. With an office based in the U.S, they wanted a new design that worked in sync with this in a cost-effective way. We worked with Phoenix to provide a cost-effective solution that avoided compromise on quality through materials whilst maintaining both a high standard and brand consistency
This was an extensive office and warehouse fit-out project that focused on both the interior and storage departments working in tangent, in order to deliver a high-end fit-out tailored to our clients’ requirements.
Following our initial site survey and consultative meetings, our interior design department began work on the production of a fully rendered, 3D walkthrough of the soon to be refurbished facility. This was then presented to the client in order to showcase how every aspect of the fit-out would look in its’ final stage.
Solution
As part of the overall office fit-out, a full decoration package was also undertaken. This included the installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical and lighting works, along with the supply and installation of a mixture of furnishings to all specified rooms within the facility.
SEC also made allowances for the installation of an adjustable pallet racking system for the storage of palletized goods, along with a caged storage zone and a dedicated barrel washing area in the warehouse.
All in all, the fit-out of this new facility has provided Phoenix Aromas with a new home in which to grow and develop their highly successful products, and it is one that will serve them well for many years to come.
